PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FIRST BEFORE MAKING AN ORDER
AT OUR ONLINE SHOP.

1.Introduction


Firstly, our online shop sell for individual customer only.
We refuse to sell for customers that have motives of resale.
In case we confirm a large quantity of items in your order,
it will be automatically canceled.
Please kindly understand.




2.Shipping option

Your order will be shipped to you via Japan Post EMS.
Japan Post is a speedy delivery service that delivers to more
than 120 countries.
With an effective tracking system and insurance program,
EMS is able to offer a secure delivery worldwide.
You can track your package with the tracking code provided and
it will be delivered within a week.
Estimated shipping fee can be confirmed at Japan Post EMS.
Other shipping methods are not supported.

1 SHIPPING DATE
※ Usually, goods can be received in three working days after
the shipping.
There might be a delay due to customs clearance.
Therefore, we would like to ask for your kind understanding.
We do not offer delivery on a specified date or time.

The shipping for our dear foreign customers takes time.
Therefore, we would like to ask for your patience.

Even if you specify a date or time, by default,
it will not be applied to your order information.
You cannot alter the address after the shipping of the products.
Please make sure to verify your address before placing an order.

2 LABEL SLIP FOR DELIVERY
We do not accept requests for changing the total price written
in the label slip for delivery.

3.Fees for theorrder

Shipping fee and customs will be paid by the customer.
Japanese consumption tax will be deducted from your order.
However, if the shipping address is inside Japan, Japanese
consumption tax will not be deducted.

1 SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fee depends on the total weight of the package and the shipping
address’s country.
We will send you the total price together with the calculated shipping fee by
e-mail.

2 OTHER FEES
Any customs duties will be paid by the client.
Please pay it directly to the carrier or the customs.
Different countries have different customs regulations.
For more details, please consult the customs department in your country.

Regarding packages for Australia
As it is written in Rakuten Ichiba’s page below, GST (Goods & Service Tax)
will be added for packages that will be shipped to Australia.

The total cost will be sent to you by e-mail from us.



4.Payment option

We accept 3 payment method: Credit card payment, Paypal, Alipay. We do not
support transfer from banks outside Japan.
Please confirm the details for each method below.


1 CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
We accept credit and debit cards.
The following credit and debit cards can be used:
・Visa
・MasterCard
・American Express
・JCB
・others
The charging for your credit card will only be done after the shipping
process is finished.
The authorization process will be done first to check if there are not error
with your credit card.

*Please note that if the name of the credit card’s owner and the name of
the order’s customer is different, your order will be automatically canceled.

If for some reasons the authorization for your credit card fails, the order
will be temporarily hold.
In this case, we will send you a message regarding it.

We will be asking you to use another credit card or another payment method
within the same order.
*We will only contact you by e-mail. Therefore, if we are not able to contact
you by e-mail, your order will be automatically canceled.


2 PAYPAL
We accept PayPal payment only for EMS (Express Mail Service) shipping.
If you will be using the Package Forwarding Service Company, please use

credit card payment or Alipay.
We will send you the confirmation e-mail containing total price including the shipping fee.
There will be another e-mail from Rakuten Ichiba containing the payment URL for Paypal.
*Orders that have different address with their Paypal’s registered address cannot
be shipped. Therefore, please check your Paypal’s address first before making the payment.
*Please note that if payment through PayPal is not confirmed by the date indicated in the e-mail, your order
will be automatically cancelled.

3 ALIPAY
The “Payment Amount” is calculated as below.
“Payment Amount” = Product price total + shipping fee
Upon confirming your order, we will send you a link to make a payment via Alipay’s secured payment page.
You must finish the payment process before the limit date to complete your order.

5 HOLDING SHIPMENT


We accept request of Holding shipment.
We will be holding the shipping of your order for 7 days
and you can add new orders during this period.
We will ship your goods at the end of the period.
Also, if you would like to ship the order before the time
limit, please feel free to tell us.
If you wish to use Holding shipment, please confirm the
‘Holding shipment’ below.
*Please note that we do not accept holding shipment for
items that are for sale.

We do not provide temporary storage under any excuse.
Therefore, please use the above holding shipment service
for your order.


6.Return and Exhange



Return and exchange is generally not applicable for
international delivery.








7.Cancellation policy


Cancellation cannot be accepted for the following orders:
1. Orders that are already shipped
2. Orders that contain items for sale.

The following orders will be canceled automatically.
1. Orders that contain a duplicated pieces for 1 item with
no reply by the limit date.
2. Orders that contain a large quantity of items.



8.Stock




We might contact our sister shops or manufacturer to
obtain some items in your order which may take about
two or three more days to proceed to shipping.






9.Delivery failure




If by any reasons, packages are returned to us because
the shipping address is wrong or for other reasons, the
shipping fee costs for sending and returning, as well
as other fees involved in the order will all be paid by
the customer.




THE FLOW FROM ORDER TO SHIPPING

1) After placing an order, a confirmation e-mail will
be sent automatically by Rakuten system.
The amount in this mail is only for deliveries within Japan.


2) We will send another e-mail with the corrected
information. Please confirm the total price including
the shipping fee in this e-mail.
For international express, there is no need to pay for
the Japanese consumption tax.
We will deduct the consumption tax and then send the
total price including the shipping fee to you in e-mail.
However, customs will be paid by the customer.


3) Shipping and payment.
Usually, orders will be shipped within three working days.
There might be a delay to arrive at your place due to customs clearance.
In this case, please contact your country’s postal service.
