Along with the revision of the Australian law, we have now obligated to collect GST (Goods and Services Tax) from customers living in Australia and to declare to Australian Taxation Office (ATO) through Rakuten, Inc.

・Even in areas where EMS delivery is stopped, in the case of purchase 33,000 yen(tax included) or more is available to DHL

DHL shipping cost is determined by DHL by taking into account not only the weight of the load but also the volume weight of the load.

DHL shipping cost is calculated by the total of the following.
Shipping cost by DHL: JPY
DHL Fuel surcharge: JPY (It changes every month. This is determined monthly by DHL.)
DHL insurance: JPY (Although it is possible to remove DHL insurance, there is no guarantee against accidents in transit.)
DHL Remote delivery: JPY (This cost will be incurred, such as outside of DHL's normal delivery area. )
DHL emergency surcharge: JPY (This is the cost required by DHL for the new coronavirus.)

■ Before Shipping

● Cancellation / Change
You can cancel / change the order by yourself within 30 minutes from the purchase history regardless of the reason.
[Note] Except if you are using services such as Asuraku (あす楽) or Rakken (楽券).

For cancellation / change after 30 minutes from ordering, we can accept it if it's before shipping so please let us know by phone, email or fax.

- Please check the business day calendar for our holidays.
- Cancellations / change by phone will be accepted during business hours and in Japanese.

● Refundment
[Before Payment]
There is no refund, including the case of credit card payment, as it has not been charged yet.
[After Payment]
After canceling your order, Rakuten Ichiba will inform you about refund, so please check.

● Points
The points used will be returned at the same time as the cancellation procedure. Please check the points history to see if the points have been returned.
[Note] If the cancellation procedure is done after the expiration date of the limited time points, the points will be treated as invalid and will not be returned.

● Coupons
The coupons used will be returned at the same time as the cancellation procedure. Please contact Rakuten Ichiba for details on coupons such as the timing of returning.

■ After Shipping

● Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after the product has been shipped (after the shipping notification email has been sent). If the package is returned to us due to refusal to receive it, we will charge the full amount including shipping fee. If you do not comply with the request, we may claim damages by legal means.


■ After Receiving
●Returning Goods
As a general rule, we will accept if you can contact us by phone, email or fax within the prescribed period (within 8 days after arrival of the product). Please do not return the item to us until we tell you about the return procedure. The returned goods must be unused or unopened.

●Refundment
After canceling your order, Rakuten Market will contact you for a refund, so please check. In case of cash on delivery, we will inform you about refund. For returns other than initial defects, we will inform you of the refund after confirming the condition of the returned product.

We do not accept returns and refunds in the following cases.
- The product looks different from what you thought it would look. As for all tea utensils, they are traditional handicrafts that are done by hand, so the textures and patterns are all different one by one. We check the photos of the product on many monitors and adjust the color to some extent so that it looks the same on all monitors, but the colors and the textures might be slightly different from the actual product.
- When the reason for the return is that delivery of the product was delayed due to the delivery company.

We do not accept returns in the following cases.
- Damage or dirt on the fancybox (Except for marked damage during the shipping)
- Food products
- Used products
- Items with scratches, stains, or damage after you receive them
- Request for returns after the available period
- Returns or exchanges without contuct us in advance
- Electrical products that have been energized (Excluding initial failure)

Returning in the above cases, the customer must pay the return shipping fee. In case of reshipping, the shipping fee will be charged on you again.

If we find any of the following problems with the returned products, we may charge you separately.
- With scratches, stains, or damage
- Being damaged since it was not packed carefully (Especially for fragile items, please pack them as carefully as when they were shipped from us.)
- Lack of accessories (Excluding the band or wrapping that wraps the outer box)
- Damage due to insufficient packaging when returning electrical products whose initial failure was the reason for the return.

● Refundment due to Defective Product
- As a general rule, we will accept if you can contact us by phone, email or fax within the prescribed period (within 8 days after arrival of the product).
- Please contact us and wait until we reply before return shipping.
- Full refund.
- Regarding the item return fee, we will cover it.
- Please contact us within 30 days of the arrival of the product regarding the initial failure of the electrical product.

● Exchanges due to Defective Product
- As a general rule, we will accept if you can contact us by phone, email or fax within the prescribed period (within 8 days after arrival of the product).
- Please contact us and wait until we reply before return shipping.
- Regarding the item returning and reshipping fee, we will cover them.
- Only the same products can be exchanged. We may not be able to exchange the items, such as when the same item cannot be obtained. In that case, please understand that you will be refunded instead of exchange.

● Exchanges due to Other Reasons
- If you wish to exchange for reasons other than defective items (mistakes in size or color selection, etc.), please contact us and wait until we reply before return shipping.
- We will tell you about the procedure of exchange.
- Regarding the item returning and reshipping fee, you are to pay the them.


■ Others

● Returned Goods due to Misplaced Delivery Information, Storage Period Expired, etc. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or recipient name, or the storage term has expired, you will be charged the following amounts:
- Yu-Pack (ゆうパック) : 600 yen shipping fee
- Yu-Packet (ゆうパケット) : 220 yen shipping fee
[Note] If the item is a food item, the item price will be added to the billed amount. If you do not comply with the request, we may claim damages by legal means. In case of reshipping, the shipping fee will be charged on you again.

● Receiving at Accommodation
Frequently, the package cannot be received due to incorrect staying schedules or accommodation information. If you would like to receive the package at the accommodation,
- Make sure to inform the accommodation staff in advance that it will be delivered on the day.
- Enter the accommodation name, check-in date and, if possible, the reservation number in the shipping address. (If there is not enough space, please fill in the remarks column.)
- We may call the accommodation to confirm that the entered accommodation information is correct.
- If the package was shipped without any problems but you do not receive it, you will be charged the full amount, including the shipping fee. If you do not comply with the request, we may claim damages by legal means.

■ After Receiving

●Precaution
- Additional taxation must be paid by the customer.
- The shipping address cannot be changed after the shipment.
- We are not accepting product returns or exchanges.
- We will inform you the tracking number of your parcel after shipping. Recipient may not be notified of the arrival of the parcel by the carrier, so please keep track of it yourself frequently.

●Delivery Delay / Lost
If the recipient do not receive the item after 45 days from the date of shipment, please contact us by email. We will investigate the cause immediately. Please wait until the investigation by the research organization is completed. If it is determined that the customer is not involved in the delay in delivery, insurance will be applied and you will be refunded.

●Damaged during Shipping [Must-read]
If the package is damaged when it arrives and the contents are clearly damaged, please refuse to receive it. If you have received a damaged products, please email us within 15 days after it arrives.
Please keep the damaged product and submit a damage report to your local post office. After the damage report is received in your country, a research organization will investigate the cause. Please wait until the survey is completed. If the investigation shows that you are not involved in the damage of your luggage, insurance will be applied.

● Returned without Receiving
If for some reason the package is not received and returned to us, we will contact you as soon as it is received. We are afraid that we do not know the shipping situation of each country, so please contact the shipping company for the reason why it could not be delivered. We are not accepting product returns or exchanges. In case of reshipping, the shipping fee will be charged on you again.
