The Rakuten Ichiba has a 'Re-stock notice button' system.
If you register for this, a notice from Rakuten Ichiba will be sent to you when the item is re-stocked.
This button can only be used if you have a Rakuten Ichiba account.

There is a '再入荷' or 'Re-stock' mark in the options for size/color that are already sold out.

When you click the Re-stock button, there will be a pop up where you will be asked if you wish to have a notice.
Click 'はい' or 'Yes' if you wish to register for a re-stock notice.
(If you are not logged in, you will be asked first to log in.)

The registration will be finished as soon as you click the 'Yes' button.

If there will be a re-stock, the notice will be sent to your account and it will be shown as the following:

If you wish to erase the item you registered for a notice,
please click the 'お知らせ' or 'Notice' first and click the '再入荷のお知らせ' or 'Re-stock notice'.

You will be directed to this page showing the re-stock settings.
Please put a check on the item you wish to erase and click the '選択した商品を削除する' or 'Delete button'

You will be asked to confirm if you wish to erase the item again.
Please click the '商品を削除する' or 'Delete button' again in order to complete the deletion.

1.Introduction

Firstly, our online shop sell for individual customer only.
We refuse to sell for customers that have motives of resale.
In case we confirm a large quantity of items in your order, it will be automatically canceled.
Please kindly understand.

2.Shopping options

Your order will be shipped to you via Japan Post EMS.
Japan Post is a speedy delivery service that delivers to more than 120 countries.
With an effective tracking system and insurance program, EMS is able to offer a secure delivery worldwide.
You can track your package with the tracking code provided and it will be delivered within a week.
Estimated shipping fee can be confirmed at Japan Post EMS.
Other shipping methods are not supported.

2.1SHIPPING DATE
※ Usually, goods can be received in three working days after the shipping.
There might be a delay due to customs clearance.
Therefore, we would like to ask for your kind understanding.
We do not offer delivery on a specified date or time.

The shipping for our dear foreign customers takes time.
Therefore, we would like to ask for your patience.

Even if you specify a date or time, by default, it will not be applied to your order information.
You cannot alter the address after the shipping of the products.
Please make sure to verify your address before placing an order.

2.2 LABEL SLIP FOR DELIVERY
We do not accept requests for changing the total price written in the label slip for delivery.

3.Fees for the order

Shipping fee and customs will be paid by the customer.
Japanese consumption tax will be deducted from your order.
However, if the shipping address is inside Japan, Japanese consumption tax will be included.

3.1 SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fee depends on the total weight of the package and the shipping address's country.
We will send you the total price together with the calculated shipping fee by e-mail.

This chart is only a reference for the EMS shipping fee.
Starting on June 1st, 2021 the JAPAN POST introduced the "tentative extra charge for EMS".
Therefore, for orders that will be shipped from June onwards, this extra charge will be added.

3.2 OTHER FEES
Any customs duties will be paid by the client.
Please pay it directly to the carrier or the customs.
Different countries have different customs regulations.
For more details, please consult the customs department in your country.

4.Payment option

We accept 3 payment method: Credit card payment, Paypal, Alipay.
We do not support transfer from banks outside Japan.

*All 2 of payment method are managed by Rakuten Ichiba.
We do not have an authority with the payment method.
Therefore, if there are any errors with the payment method, there will be a message from Rakuten Ichiba.

Please confirm the details for each method below.

4.1 CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
We accept credit and debit cards.
The following credit and debit cards can be used:
Visa / MasterCard / American Express / JCB

The charging for your credit card will only be done after the shipping process is finished.
The authorization process will be done first to check if there are not error with your credit card.
*We do not accept orders that have a different name in their credit card and order customer's name.

If for some reasons the authorization for your credit card fails, the order will be temporarily hold.
In this case, Rakuten Ichiba will send you a message regarding it.
The message will be asking you to use another credit card or another payment method within the same order.

*The contact will be done by e-mail. Therefore, if you cannot be reached by e-mail, your order will be automatically canceled.

4.2 PAYPAL
We accept PayPal payment only for EMS (Express Mail Service) shipping.
As soon as the shipping fee is calculated, it will be put in your order information.
After that, the Rakuten Ichiba will send you a different message about the payment method.

*Please note that the payment's time limit written in Rakuten Ichiba's message is different from our time limit.
Our time limit is within 5 days.
If there are no payment after 5 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

4.3 ALIPAY
The "Payment Amount" is calculated as below.
"Payment Amount" = Product price total + shipping fee
As soon as the shipping fee is calculated, it will be put in your order information.
After that, the Rakuten Ichiba will send you a different message about the payment method.

*Please note that the payment's time limit written in Rakuten Ichiba's message is different from our time limit.
Our time limit is within 5 days.
If there are no payment after 5 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

5.Bundling of orders is invalid

The Rakuten Ichiba system cannot bundle 2 or more different order numbers.
Therefore we cannot accept bundling of orders.

6.Return and exchange

Return and exchange is generally not applicable for international delivery.

7.Cancellation policy

Cancellation cannot be accepted for the following orders:
1.Orders that are already shipped
2.Orders that contain items for sale

The following orders will be canceled automatically.
1. Orders that contain a double pieces for 1 item with no reply by the limit date.
2. Orders that contain a large quantity of items.

8.Stock

We might contact our sister shops or manufacturer to obtain some items in your order which may take about two or three more days to proceed to shipping.

9.Delivery failure

If by any reasons, packages are returned to us because the shipping address is wrong or for other reasons,
the shipping fee costs for sending and returning, as well as other fees involved in the order will all be paid by the customer.

The flow from order to shipping

1) After placing an order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically by Rakuten system.
The amount in this mail is only for deliveries within Japan.

2) We will send another e-mail with the corrected information. Please confirm the total price including the shipping fee in this e-mail.
For international express, there is no need to pay for the Japanese consumption tax.
We will deduct the consumption tax and then send the total price including the shipping fee to you in e-mail.
However, customs will be paid by the customer.

*If there are any error with your payment method, Rakuten Ichiba will send you another message.
Please kindly confirm it and following the steps to change your payment method.

3) Shipping and payment.
Usually, orders will be shipped within three working days.
There might be a delay to arrive at your place due to customs clearance.
In this case, please contact your country's postal service.

Below the page, you can choose the size and color by clicking the circle.

After clicking the circle, put how many pieces you wish in the 「個数」(meaning pieces)

Next to the 個数 is the「商品をかごに追加」meaningto put the item in your cart.
Click this button in order to put the item you wish to your cart.

If you want to complete your order, click the button「ご購入手続きへ」in order to place your order.

If you finished choosing the items you wish to buy, please click the cart icon on the top of the page.

The payment method you can choose for EMS is the following:

Credit card payment, PAYPAL, ALIPAY

We do not accept bank transfer from customers outside Japan.

The EMS is available for international delivery.

However, if you wish to use the Package Forwarding Service Company, please choose the「宅配便」
For the Package Forwarding Service Company as the delivery address, there will be consumption tax added to your order.



The「その他のご要望」is the Remarks where you can write about your order.

If you finished to choose your payment method and delivery method, please click the following button to proceed your order.

Before finishing your order, you can change it by clicking the button 「変更」 in each information.

For EMS delivery, we cannot accept setting the delivery date.

Please remove the check in the box if you do not wish to have our mail magazine.

If you do not wish to register our shop as your favorite, please also remove the check in the box.

If the information are correct, please click the 「注文を確定する」 to confirm your order.

As soon as the Rakuten Ichiba system receives your order, there will be a message sent to your email address with the title of
'【楽天市場】注文内容ご確認（自動配信メール）'
from the Rakuten Ichiba email address of 'order@rakuten.co.jp'

For EMS delivery, we will send you a message after deducting the consumption tax and adding the shipping fee.

1.首次

我们店是面向个人用户。
有谢绝以转卖为目的的购买的情况。
如果确认大量订单的情况的话会自动取消。
请事先理解。

2.运送方法

我们用EMS(国际特快专递)发送商品。
日本邮局迅速配送，也可以确认已经寄出的EMS的递送情况。
而且带保险，所以EMS会安全的配送方法全世界。
你可以追踪您的货已。
我们会通知您追踪号码，然后在一周之内可以配送货已。
估计邮费被确认在日本邮局EMS。
其他配送方法不能处理。

2.1配送日期
※通常,在发送了东西被收取在三个工作日。
因通关有延迟的可能性。希望您能理解。
我们不能受理指定日或者时间。

国外发送的话，请给我一些时间。
请您稍等一下。

即使从头指定日期或者时间，我们不能接受你的委托。
发送完毕之后不更改地址。
订购前，请确认没有您的地址。

2.2送货单上
我们不能受理总金额在送货单上更改。

3.订单手续费

请支付邮费和关税。
您的订购是不含消费税的。
但是，如果指定配送地址是日本国内，用支付消费税。

3.1 运费
运费会随着货已总重量和配送国家。
我们送给支付总金额和计算邮费一起。
JAPAN POST从2021年6月开始引进"特别追加费用"。
因此,6月以后配送的订单加算追加费用。

3.2 其他费用
无论如何要关税的话，请客人支付那个钱。
关税规则是根据国家而不同。

4.支付手段

有三个种类支付手段，刷卡，Paypal，Alipay。
我们不能处理日本以外的银行。

4.1 刷卡
能用以下的信用卡和借记卡。

※如果订购者名字和信用卡的名字不一样的话，不能接受订货。

如果您的信用卡结算错误，订单被暂时的保留。 然后我们发送邮件关于这个。

4.2 PAYPAL
我们会收到支付经由Paypal，但是你只有在配送方法是日本邮件。

然后Rakuten Ichiba发送关于支付方法邮件。

※请注意，支付期限在Rakuten Ichiba发来的邮件和我们店设定支付期限不一样。 本店的支付期限是五天。 如果还没有进行付款的话会自动取消。

4.3 ALIPAY
支付金额如下。
支付金额 = 商品合计金额 + 运费
尽早运费计算，写在订购者的信息。
然后Rakuten Ichiba发送关于支付方法邮件。

※请注意，支付期限在Rakuten Ichiba发来的邮件和我们店设定支付期限不一样。 本店的支付期限是五天。 如果还没有进行付款的话会自动取消。

5.整理订单

Rakuten Ichiba系统上，不能两个以上的一起订单。
因而我们不能进行总结订单。

6.退货和退款

国际配送的退货和退款通常是不会受理。

7.取消原则

取消不会受理以下事情，
1.已经配送的订单
2.降价商品

以下的订单自动取消吧
1.截止日期前我们不会收到回信关于订单是两个同一个东西
2.大量订单

8.存货

我们联系别家店还有制造，这样的时有等您的可能性。
配送手续要三天左右，请理解。

9.配送的错误

货物回了我们，因为您的地址错了还有出纳意外的理由。
请你支付往复运费和其他费用。

从订单到配送之间的流程

1) 订货完成了以后，确认邮件被发送自动从Rakuten Ichiba。
总金额在总这邮件是只有配送日本国内。

2) 我们送其他的邮件，这个是正确的情报。
请确认总金额含有运费。
日本国外的配送，客人不要支付消费税。
扣消费税和其他的费用的总金额含运费发邮件。
但是，请支付关税。

如果支付方法错误，Rakuten Ichiba发送别的邮件。

3) 配送和支付方法
通常订单配送东西三个营业日以内。
那些有可能性延迟到你的地方根据通关。
在此情况下，请联系你的国家邮政府。

首先点击圆圈"您希望的颜色和尺寸"。
然后请填写在 「個数」 你想要几个商品。

「商品をかごに追加」意思是购物车里商品被追加。
那个商品追加的话，请点击这按钮。

如果你想结束购物，请点击「ご購入手続きへ」。

如果你结束选想买商品，请点击购物车在主页。

你选EMS的情况，可以在以下支付手段利用。

刷卡，PAYPAL，ALIPAY

我们不能处理银行汇款，住在日本的客人以外。

「EMS」是可以国际配送。

但是，如果你用转运公司，请选「宅配便」
请写转运公司的地址在。
这种场合，被加算消费税。


「その他のご要望」是备考栏，如果有要求的话请写下来。

如果结束选支付方法和运送方法，请点击「次へ」。

在结束手续之前，你可以变更各情报在点击「変更」。

你选EMS时，我们不能处理指定投递日期。

你不用邮件杂志时，请去掉多选钮上的记号。

如果你不愿意登录你中意的店WOODY COMPANY， 请再去掉多选钮上的记号。
