⇒The shipping fee costs to USA or Europe is about 2000～3000 yen.

・We can also accept mail-order.

How to mail-order

1. At first please send an e-mail( info3@tokyoalice.jp) with a name of items and number you want. In addition,please give me your name, phone number, shipping address and your PayPal account.

2. We confirm stock and inform the total payment including shipping fee in replay.
and our Paypal account will be shown in the massage.
When you receive this massage,Please pay the amount to our paypal account.

Please make sure you do this name on your order and your PayPal account is differernt.Otherwise,we will not be able to match your information with your payment information, and confirmation of your payment will be delayed. Thank you for your cooperation.

In advance,please understand there maybe the case of absence of items.
Because we are selling them at store too.
But we will confirm and reserve as soon as possible.

3. When payment can be confirmed, I will send it out at once.

Then we will inform you of completion of shipment and the tracking number.
You can track and trace your parcel on web.
