Flow Of Shopping


STEP:1 Your order
 Please put goods in your shopping cart,and please order from the goods page.
We may not be able to accept changes such as the shipping address of the shipped goods,so please check whether there is a mistake in name, shipping address and telephone number when ordering.

STEP:2 Shipping of confirme
After your order, we will calculate the international shipping fee.
The international shipping fee is calculated by the gross weight (the weight of the goods + the weight of the packing material).
In this procedure,it may take about 2 days to 3 days beacause we carefully check and order goods ordered one by one.
After we calculate it, we will send you the total price including shipping fee by e-mail,so please check.

STEP:3 Payment
Please check the total amount including shipping fee, and please pay by credit card or paypal.
We will send you paypal payment link at the same timing as the e-mail sent at "Step: 2" to customers who wish to settle payment by PayPal so please proceed with payment from its link.
※The payment due date will be five days from the day we contact you about the total amount including shipping fee.
※Paypal can not be used now due to changes in the payment system.I am sorry, please purchase by credit card transaction.

STEP:4 Shipping
We will ship the goods via EMS in order from the goods where payment was confirmed.
After we ship your goods, we will send you the EMS tracking number by email.


Return / Exchange

We will only return and exchange goods you purchased if we have negligence.
If you want to return and exchange your goods, please e - mail the information on the goods to the e-mail address describing in the store information within 7 days after the goods arrived.
We will only deal with goods that we have verified and approved of the contact for return and exchange request from you.(Please send us the target goods within 5 days upon confirmation the contact of approval from us.)
If seven days have passed since the goods arrived to you, you can not return or exchange the goods, so please be careful.

1. In case of our negligence
-The goods different from the goods you ordered arrived at the designated address.
-The goods you ordered is damaged.
-The goods you ordered is markedly different from "Product Information".

2. In the case of your convenience
We will not deal with returns and exchanges of goods in case of your negligence. For example, although the size ,the colour and the design of the actual goods is as it as describing in "Product Information", it is different from the size ,the colour and the design you have imagine.
Your impression of actual goods color may differ depending on visual performance of your computer and browser, so please be careful.

3. We will not deal with returns and exchanges for the following reasons.
-In the case of we did not receive a request for return or exchange within 7 days since the goods arrived to you.
-In the case of you used the goods.
-In the case of the package of the goods is opened.
-In the case of you washed the goods.
-In the case of you have removed the tag of the goods with the tag.
-The goods is a sale goods.

< Shipping way of the goods to be returned >
Please enclose "invoice" along with the goods to be returned.(If "invoice" is not enclosed in the goods to be returned, we may take time to the confirm.)
Please write "returned goods"on the slip of the goods to be returned.
Please send goods to be returned by a private international postal service provider such as EMS / DHL / FedEx / UPS.(We can not deal with returns of goods mailed from you other than these ways.The money used for it will be refunded.)
In the case of our negligence you pay shipping fee.As soon as we have confirmed that the applicable goods arrives at our shop, we will refund the shipping fee including the goods price.

< In the case of exchanging the goods >
Only in case of our negligence, upon receipt of returned goods, we will ship you the goods to be replaced.
