1 Place an order via Email

Please send us an e-mail with the product name and quantity, your delivery address, and phone number.


2 Make a purchase on our Rakuten store ( Direct shipping ) Click here to redirect to our store
When we received your order with an overseas shipping address from our Rakuten Japan store, we will inform you the total amount including international shipping fee by e-mail. We will arrange the shipment only after receiving your reply as to whether the changed total amount is acceptable.

3 Use Rakuten Global Express ( Combined shipping service )

*IMPORTANT*
Customer is responsible for EMS shipping fee regardless using which purchasing method. The only shipping methods other than EMS are FedEx and DHL. FedEx and DHL shipping fee are also customer's responsibility.


Flow of shopping via our Rakuten store (Direct Shipping)

  1. Add the products into the cart and proceed to the page which you need to input your shipping address.
  2. Click on the phrases "海外の方はこちら" (For overseas customer)
    next to the input column of "郵便番号" (Zip code)
  3. You will be able to select the name of your country
    after clicked the phrase stated on the previous step.
    Please key in your address correctly and confirm your order.
  4. When we received your order with a overseas shipping address,
    we will inform you the total amount of your order
    including the international shipping fee by e-mail.
  5. We will arrange the shipment of your order only after we receive your reply
    as to whether the changed total amount is acceptable.
