| Cancelation Policy |
We accept return and exchange of products, if it’s within 10 days of receipt (arrival of products). Please let us know in advance (please e-mail to rakuten@shirohato.co.jp), and ship the products to our office before the due date. In this case, please cover the shipping fee by yourself. (We only accept express courier service, not non-standard size mail.)
We accept only 1 exchange per each order.
