About delivery & shipping fees

1) After placing an order, an automatic reply in English or Japanese will be sent to you. Please note that the shipping fees mentioned in this e-mail are only applied to delivery in Japan, and not applicable for delivery outside of Japan.

2) Soon after the automatic reply, you will receive an e-mail with the fixed shipping fee and item price from our shop. Please check the total amount due. *For delivery to foreign countries, postage, insurance(about 100yen～) and a handling fee for international shipping is required. Please note that the consumption tax amount shown is charged as a handling fee for international shipping. ※ All price are listed in Japanese Yen.
3) Stock items will be shipped out only after your payment is settled. Make-to-Order items will be created only after your payment is settled. （Creation time is stated in the webpage.）

Delivery Time

The delivery time is estimated to be approximately 3 business days or more after shipment. Please understand there will be delays depending upon customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation.

・Since the situation is different overseas delivery, we will move to our customers are responsible for shipping the items at the time of shipping from Japan. Please understand that we assume no responsibility whatsoever for any troubles, damages, etc., resulting from international shipping.

・EMS (International Express Mail Service) delivery can not be described as "Jewelry or Precious metal" for security reasons.

Cancelation Policy
