Ⅰ.SHOPPING GUIDE
A. Delivery method
EMS (Express Mail Service) is used for overseas delivery. EMS provides safe delivery to more than 120 countries around the world through a tracking system and damage guarantee system provided by Japan Post Co. You can locate your package with the tracking code that will be provided to you after shipment, and it will be delivered to anywhere in the world within a week. ※You cannot specify a delivery date.
海外配送はEMS(国際スピード郵便)にて発送します。 EMSは日本郵便株式会社が追跡システム・損害保障制度により120か国以上に安全な配達を行います。 発送後に提供される追跡コードにより荷物がどこにあるかを確認でき、世界中どこでも一週間以内に届けることができます。 ※お届け日指定はできません。
B. Fees
The customer is responsible for shipping, customs clearance, and warranty fees. The total amount of your order will be emailed to you after the shipping fee is calculated.

2. Customs clearance fee
You may be billed for applicable duties, import taxes, and taxes after your package arrives in the country or region of delivery. Please pay them directly to the carrier or customs. Please contact your country's customs office for more information.
3. Damage coverage
EMS has a guarantee system for loss or damage during delivery. There is no charge for orders up to 20,000 yen, and an additional 50 yen for each additional 20,000 yen. If the order amount is more than 20,000 yen, it will be charged together with the shipping cost. For Details click here
送料・通関手数料・保証手数料はお客様のご負担となります。 ご注文の合計金額は送料計算後、メールでお知らせします。 1. 送料 総重量と配送先の国によって異なります。 2. 通関手数料 荷物が配送国または地域に到着した後に該当する関税、輸入税、および税金が請求される場合があります。 運送業者または税関に直接お支払いください。 詳しくはお住まいの国の税関にお問い合わせください。 3. 損害保障 EMSには配送中の紛失・損傷のための保障制度がございます。 注文金額が20,000円までは無料、その後20,000円ごとに50円追加されます。 注文金額が20,000円以上の場合は送料と合わせてご請求いたします。
C. Returns and exchanges
No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
返品・交換はお受けできません。
D. Cancellation
In the following cases, the order will be cancelled.
1. If payment is not received by the due date
2. If you do not receive a reply by the due date (PayPal, credit card)
3. When an order is placed using a payment method that we do not support (cash on delivery, etc.)
4. If the ordered item is a restricted or prohibited item in the destination country.

E. Securing of inventory
It takes about 1-3 days to secure the product after ordering.
注文後、商品の確保に1-3日程度かかります。
F. Delivery failure
If the shipping address is incorrect and the item is returned for delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
配送先住所などが間違っており配達できる返品された場合、送料・手数料などはお客様のご負担となります。
Ⅱ.the flow from order to delivery
For overseas delivery, please choose EMS (Express Mail Service) delivery. ※For overseas orders, shipping charges will apply even if the order is over 15,400 yen (tax included).
海外配送をご希望のお客様は、こちらのEMS(国際スピード郵便)配送をお選びください。 ※海外からのご注文の場合、15,400円（税込）以上のご注文でも送料が発生します。
A. ＜From order to shipping＞
1. You will receive an "Rakuten Ichiba Order Confirmation E-mail (Automatic Delivery E-mail)" immediately after placing your order, but this is an automatic delivery and does not mean that we have confirmed your order. 2. After the item is secured, we will measure the total weight of your package and send you an "Order Confirmation (from Rakuten News-webshop)" email with the total amount (including the price of the item, EMS shipping and handling). This is the official amount of your order, so please check it. ※It will take about 2-3 days. 3. Please make a payment or reply to us. ※The contents will change depending on your payment method. Please be forewarned. (PayPal, credit card) Please reply to the "[Reply required] Order Confirmation (from Rakuten news-webshop)" email sent by us within the deadline. ※If you do not receive a reply by the date indicated in the email, your order will be automatically cancelled. 4. After confirming your payment or reply, we will proceed with the shipping process.

B. ＜From shipping to delivery＞
After the shipment is completed, we will send you an email with an "International Mail Inquiry Number" to check the delivery status.
発送完了後、「国際郵便お問い合わせ番号」を記載したメールをお送りしますので、配送状況をご確認ください。
Ⅲ. cautions
Due to manufacturer restrictions, the following brands are not available for international shipping. We will cancel your order if it is placed. ・CONVERSE ・DANTON ※The following brands may be added.
