●Total bill amount is: Total price of items + shipping fee
* In the case of using Rakuten Super points, total bill amount on
automatic reply mail from Rakuten Ichiba may be different.
Please check the mail from our shop for the correct amount.
●We will ship after the payment is settled.
●You will receive an e-mail regarding the payment via PayPal.
Please click the link to the PayPal website on the e-mail,
and settle the payment within 7 days.
●Please also be reminded that if we cannot confirm receipt of your payment
to our PayPal account 7 days after the above e-mail is sent, your order shall be
automatically cancelled.
●An extra fee will add the amount to the occasion of transfer by the customer burden.
●Any return or refund will not be accepted for overseas delivery once order confirmation e-mail is sent out.

Shipping fees depends on the country of shipment and product weight.

After placing an order, an automatic reply in English or Japanese will be sent to you.
Please note that the shipping fees mentioned in this e-mail are only applied to delivery in Japan, and not applicable for delivery outside of Japan.

Please check the total amount due. After the check, please reply by email
Your ordered items will be shipped out only after the e-mail response.
So, you need to reply.
その後、当店より送料を含んだ合計ご請求金額を記載したメールを送信致します。
内容をご確認の上、ご納得頂ければメールにその旨を記載しそのままご返信ください。
ご納得頂けない場合にもキャンセルのご連絡を頂ければ幸いです。その場合には当店にてキャンセル処理をします。

Cancellation policy (キャンセルポリシー)

We will not accept cancellation caused by customers.
But, we will cancel your order if the payment had not been properly made until the due date.
お客様都合の返品・返金はお受け出来ません。
期日までにお支払いの確認が取れなかった場合、注文をキャンセルさせて頂きます。
We will cancel your order if the reply to our mail had not been made until the due date.
The due date is 7 days after you got email.
当店のお送りするメールへの返信が7日間ない場合には、ご注文をキャンセルさせて頂きます。 |
