1)お客様の注文後、「注文内容ご確認メール」が楽天より自動的に配信されます。こちらに記載されている配送料金は、日本国内用となります。
※英語ページからご注文の場合は、英語版「注文内容ご確認メール」が配信されますが、日本国外へ配送の場合、送料等の詳細は別途ご連絡させていただきます。
2)当ショップから直接、正式な料金情報を記載したメールをお送りいたします。
国際配送には国際スピード郵便（EMS）や航空便、エコノミー航空（SAL）便SAL便などいくつかのタイプがあります。
ご希望の配送方法をお選び頂き、メールにてお知らせ願います。
3)料金をご確認いただいた後、数日以内に商品を配送いたします。 |

■配送日数
国際スピード郵便（EMS)
配送期間は、出荷からおよそ3営業日です。
国際郵便の中で最優先に取り扱い、2〜4日程度で各国のお客さまにお届けします。
最高200万円を限度として実損額を賠償します。
今の状況をネットですぐ確認出来ます。
航空便
飛行機で輸送するため、料金は高めですが3〜6日程度でお届けすることができます。
エコノミー航空（SAL）便
日本国内と到着国内では船便として扱い、両国間は航空輸送する、船便より速く、航空便より安いサービスです。
受取人様の住所の国に届くまで、6〜13日程度かかります。
相手国の取り扱いによっては、さらに日数がかかる場合があります。
小型包装物
もし最大重量が2kg以内なら、物品をEMS(国際スピード郵便)や小包より安く送ることができます。
航空便扱い・船便扱いのほか、エコノミー航空(SAL)便扱いができる国があります。
通関事情により配送日は送れる場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。 |
■Shipping Type
Express Mail Service(EMS)
Top priority among international mails is placed on this service! Posts will be delivered for approximately 2-4 days to addressee all over the world.
Loss and damage compensated up to 2 million yen.
Airmail
Instantly check current delivery status online.
Fees are relatively high since posts will be sent by air. Delivery will
be made approximately 3 - 6 days.
Economy Air（SAL）
This is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries. The service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail.
It takes approximately 6 to 13 days for mail to arrive at the destination.
In some cases, it may take longer due to the handling system of the destination country.
Soall Packetｓ
If the article is small (no more than 2 kg), it is less expensive to send
it as a small packet.
Some countries accept small packets by economy air (SAL) in addition to airmail and surface mail.
Please understand there will be delays depending upon customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation. |
