However, in the case that you received defective, breakage or wrong product it may be exchanged.
To return, please contact us within 10 days after you pick it up. We do not accept after 10 days passes.
And we will replace it with new products as soon as possible. Also, custom-made products will fixed up.
In the case we don't have exchange stock, we will "full refund".

As for personal circumstances of the buyer, please contact us within 10 days too.

Return by Defective Product / Breakage Product / Wrong Product from what you order

In this case, we accept return and exchange to new right product.
Please contact us within 10 days after you pick it up. We do not accept after 10 days passes.

The shippng fees are the responsibility of kimonokyokomachi.

Return by Personal Circumstances of the Customer

Do not like, no longer needed, order mistake...

About READY-MADE PRODUCTS
We do not deal with the product which became use.
It have to be in saleable condition with all original tags attachedd.

about CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
We do not deal with following one.
As for kimono fabric, after you send us your fitting measurements.
As for obi fabric, after we sent you the order confirmation e-mail.
As for pre-confirmation fabric, after you reply the intention of purchase.

Refund Policy

We have no responsibility to refund your payment for a defective product unless the following 2 situations.
1. One of the products in your order is forgotten or incorrect to put into your parcel.
2. A claim of EMS insurance is paid or confirmed by JP post or the local post for loss, damage and delay.

about REFUND of CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
We will change or cancel your credit claim amount. On this occasion, it might happen your amount be charged temporarily, because of the system of Rakuten Ichiba mall and your card company. Later it will be refunded from the credit company to your account. If you have any question about this case, please contact to your credit card company.
