Due to the spread of the new coronavirus, Mail delivery from Japan to some overseas areas has been suspended. To check the status of a shipment after purchase, please check the delivery company's website. With regards to forwarding services, please check for announcements made by each service.

Our shop can not accept modified or cancellation for overseas orders.
There have been many cases of following cancellation request, but we cannot accept it.

* Delivery cost is too expensive.
* Delivery time is unsatisfactory.

1 Checkout

In case of international shipping, the shipping fee will be added.
Even if the product page or the order cart says free shipping, the shipping fee will be added.

The free shipping service is applied Only in Japan.
2-1 [Rakuten Ichiba] Order Confirmation (automatic delivery mail)

It is the mail sent automatically from Lotte Market.
This email does not include shipping and handling charges.
In addition, due to system restrictions, the message text may be displayed in Japanese.
2-2 Order confirmation mail

Our shop will email you the total price of the item plus shipping and handling.
Please note that we will notify you of cancellation if your order is restricted,
prohibited, or out of stock.

We ship overseas by EMS. If you request SAL, e-packet, or sea mail, we will accept it.
We do not accept FedEx, DHL or SF Express.
3-1 Shipping procedure after confirmation of payment

Credit card

If you pay by credit card, we will charge you when the item is shipped.
Alipay / PayPal
The settlement guide email will be sent from Rakuten market. Please pay at the payment URL.
3-2 Shipping Information Mail

Here is the tracking number for your package.
You can check the shipping status on the EMS website.
4 Arrival of goods

We will deliver the item to the overseas address you specified.
If you need to pay for customs duties,
please pay directly from the recipient to the courier or customs at the time of delivery.

Oversea handling charge

We do not charge consumption tax for overseas delivery.
We charge the same fee as the consumption tax as the overseas shipping fee.

Return and Cancellation Policy

There is a policy of a no refund, no exchange and cancellation for international shipping services.
Please check your items, their size and colors if they are OK before purchasing.

About shipping trouble and accident insurance

If international shipping is damaged or partly missing during delivery,
the actual damage cost will be compensate within the limits of following guidance.

* Shipping method [EMS]: usually maximum of \20,000 is paid for the actual loss
* Shipping method [Air mail / SAL / surface] : Not Insurance

When EMS use, no charge up to the article value equivalent to 20,000yen.
Then premium (additional charge) of 50yen will be added per 20,000yen.

If you order more than 20,000yen (exclude shipping cost),
you have undertaken the procedure to enter additional charge for covers all fees.

To unsubscribe from covers all fees, please reply to our shop
with "not joining the insurance system" as main body of e-mail.
An early indication of your disposition to this matter would be very much appreciated.

When you'd ship to Australia

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied to all shipments imported Australia.
You will be pre-charged a 10% GST on your order that is worth less than AUD1,000.

About products with warranty

The warranty covers Japan only (Excluding the case where the manufacturer is covered by the overseas warranty).
For malfunction and damage that occurred after overseas shipment including initial failure,
it is not covered by the repair warranty of our shop or the manufacturer, and cannot be returned or cancelled.

Please understand this and purchase the item.

Customs duties

If you order from overseas, the consumption tax will be exempted. However,
there will be an overseas sales fee equal to the consumption tax.

You are also responsible for all taxes and import licences in the receiving country.
Customs duties and other import duties, as well as customs fees,
may be imposed on purchased goods at the time of customs clearance in the receiving country.

In that case, the recipient will be responsible for it, so please pay directly to the delivery company at the time of delivery.
Please contact the customs department in your country for an estimate of the amount to be paid upon receipt.

When your item is broken

When the item is damaged and delivered to the receiver,
the latter has to preserve the postal item in the current condition and make a statement
regarding the missing part of the package or damaged item in the local Post Office.

Please follow the procedure below.

1. Hold on to broken items, package and shipping materials.
  They will be necessary when we apply compensation.
2. Visit the nearest post office with broken items, package, shipping materials and shipment invoice.
3. File a damage report at post office.
4. After the damage report is made, please send an email to our shop.
5. Later, we will shipping you new items.
