Ordering flow for overseas buyers

Credit card user
  1. You place an order and choose credit card as payment
  2. You will receive an automatic confirmation email from Rakuten system almost immediately
    PS. The total cost in the email does not include shipping fees.
  3. We calculate your shipping cost according to the weight and countries of your shipment.
    Then, we will inform you total cost by email.
  4. We process your credit card.
    PS. If there is error with your card, we will inform you
  5. We ship your products by EMS and notify you by email containing EMS tracking number for your package.

Paypal user
  1. You place an order and choose Paypal as payment
  2. You will receive an automatic confirmation email from Rakuten system almost immediately
    PS.
    The total cost in the email does not include shipping fees.
  3. We calculate your shipping cost according to the weight and countries of your shipment.
    Then, we will email you total cost and our Paypal account by email.
  4. Please go to Paypal site to finish the payment to our Paypal account.
  5. After the payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped by EMS. We will then notify you by email containing EMS tracking number for your package.
