[Payment Methods]

We accept a credit card Alipay

[Consumption tax]

When sending product to outside of Japan, overseas customer should not pay the consumption tax. We don't charge you the consumption tax of Japan. We deduct it from your total amount.

[Advance order]

We accept advance order.

The shipment expected date of the advance order might change.
The settling day of the credit card is the day when you order to us. We cannot accept cancellation and return(Defective items are excluded) after your advance order. Please order separately when you hope for a separate delivery of the items of advance order and a usual items. Please place an advance order and other usual orders separately.Because we cannot divide one order into two or more by Rakuten system. Please note that the maker might change a little design and the attachment. We might cancel advance order because of the production stoppage or defective item and so on.

[Regarding the Change of customer information]

When changing delivery address, name and so on, please inform us immediately. We cannot accept the request like this after shipment.

[Request to us]

If you have any request, please put it into remarks column at the ordering.

[Customs duty and other taxes]

Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when a shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agent. Policies on these taxes vary in each country. Please contact the customs office at your county for more details.

[Delivery methods]

And we ship your order to your address as soon as possible. Please register your name and address in English at the ordering. We inform you a tracking number of EMS just after shipment.

After the ordering, we send you e-mail for confirmation of the order information ( shipping address, your payment method, total amount billed including shipping fee and so on). At the same time, we prepare to ship your parcel immediately.(We always try to ship the parcel as soon as possible.) Please contact us as soon as possible before our shipping, if you have inquiry or request. We recommend you to place an order after inquiring or requesting to us and receiving reply from us. Otherwise, we might not be able to answer your request or solve your inquiry.

We are able to tell the customer the standard of the number of days for delivery of parcel. However, it does not mean the delivery date. We are not able to promise the arrival date of the parcel with customer.

We deliver by EMS. 
The shipping fee of EMS is decided depending on the weight.

The error margin is caused by all means though I always try to weigh luggage accurately for the customer. We do not claim the delivery fee of the addition to the customer because of the error margin. We do not repay the delivery fee to the customer because of the error margin.

Long wallet about 250grams  
Clutch bag about 350grams  
Tote bag about 600grams  
Leather bag about 1000grams  
Delivery bag(small)  about 50grams For Wallet,Long wallet,Clutch bag and so on.
Delivery bag(large) about 300grams For 2 or more items, 
     


[Loss and damage insurance]

EMS has a reparations system for loss, a theft, and damage. The compensation to the price of up to ¥20000JPY is included in the EMS charge. When the price exceeds ¥20000JPY, we recommend you to pay more insured value. Because we cannot pay responsibility about the accident in the delivery to overseas. When the price exceeds ¥20000JPY, ¥50JPY (additional charge) is needed in every ¥20000JPY.

When the customer ordered exceeds ¥20000JPY, we recommend this premium. Please fill in a remarks column when the customer requests this to us.

[Regarding Return and Cancellation]

We do not accept refund, exchange and cancellation in any case for international shipping services. We do not accept cancellation and change of advance order. We also do not accept change and cancellation, when we hold the shipment as customer’s request.

Please check item’s size, colors, design and so on before ordering.

[Regarding defective product]

If the product has a defect, please inform us in 10 days or less from our shipment by e-mail and so on. And please add the photos of defective part at the e-mail to us or please show us the photos by cloud. We never can accept the defective item after this period.

Damage of product may sometimes happen by delivery accident.

If you find it, please refer to the procedure as follows:
(1) Please keep the delivery bag or delivery box and other packaging materials well. Please never throw them away.
(2) Please contact us about damage of product and send us the picture of them(product and packaging materials).
(3) Please contact Post Office and submit the Damage Report to them.
We submit the Damage Report to Japanese Post office at the same time.
