The warranty coverage for AIRBUGGY products purchased in Japan is valid "only in Japan". We do not provide overseas maintenance or support, nor ship repair parts, etc. overseas.
If you must obtain warranty coverage, you will be charged for the service, including shipping costs.
Please make sure you fully understand our warranty policy before purchasing.
If you are an individual traveling to Japan and considering a purchase at one of our stores,
please be sure to read the warranty policy before making your purchase.
Please be aware that the warranty will be charged for overseas purchases as well.
AIRBUGGY has distributors in Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
If you purchase from them, you will be covered by the local warranty, and we will be able to provide maintenance and support.
We will be able to provide you with sufficient maintenance and support.
We will only be responsible for the domestic delivery.
（We do not deliver to the airport.）
Please note that If you use international shipping service,
we are not responsible for any problems that may occur with international shipping from Japan.
We are not able to contact the international shipping company.
Also we cannot accept exchanges or returns of items that have been shipped by using international forwarding services,

日本へのご旅行中の個人のお客様で、弊社直営店舗でのご購入を検討してくださる場合も同様に海外への保証に関しましては、有償対応になりますことをご了承のうえ、ご購入をお願いいたします。

代理店でご購入いただきました場合は、現地での保証範囲になり、保守・サポートを十分に対応をさせていただいております。
国際配送サービスをご利用の場合、日本国内の配送先住所への配送は弊社が責任を持って行います。
