お支払い方法(Payment)

お支払いは、下記クレジットカード・代金引換・銀行振込・コンビニ決済がご利用いただけます。
クレジットカードのセキュリティはSSLという暗号システムを利用しております。
カード番号は暗号化されて安全に送信されますので、どうぞご安心下さい。

For payment, you can use credit card, payment on delivery, bank transfer, payment at convenient store, settled by Edy, or id settlement.
Security for credit card is guaranteed by SSL coding system and card number is converted to a code so it is very safe for use.

（コンビニ決済について）
ご注文後にメールで払込票のURLをお知らせします。
こちらにアクセスのうえ、プリントアウトしてお近くのコンビニにてお支払いください。
払込番号をメモしてお渡しいただいても構いません。

・ご入金確認後商品を発送致します。
・７日以内にご入金のない場合、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。
※当店では後払いシステムは対応しておりません。何卒ご了承くださいませ。

Payment at Convenience Store:
After placement of your order, we will inform you of the URL address for the payment information. Print out the information and take the print to an appropriate convenience store. You can also just present the payment number to the store.

・After confirming of the payment,
　we will ship out the goods you ordered.
・If the payment is not confirmed within 7 days,
　the order will be cancelled.
・We do not honor payment system which collect on the delivery.

配送・時間指定
(Delivery and Appointment time. )

配送は佐川急便・日本郵便で承っております。
配達指定は何曜日でも承ります。
ご注文確認（銀行振込の場合は入金確認）から３営業日以内の出荷をこころがけておりますが、万一出荷が遅れる場合は、メールにてご連絡させていただきます。

We use the Sagawa Kyubin and Sagawa Mail systems.
Appointment of the delivery can be any day of the week. We commit to shipment within 3 days after an order received (in case of bank transfer, after confirmation of the transfer). In case of rare possibility of shipment delay, we will inform you by mail.

時間指定も承っております。
指定できる時間帯は以下です。

14:00～16:00,
16:00～18:00,
18:00～21:00.
送料について(Delivery Cost)

全国一律：800円
税込3,980円以上お買い上げのお客様は送料無料サービス（一部地域を除く）
Japan across-the-board: \ 800
Purchases of more than \ 3,980 (including tax) receive free delivery.(except some special area)

沖縄県・離島については全国一律送料及び、送料無料サービスは適応されません。佐川急便での通常の送料がかかります。

返品交換について
(Return and Exchange of products)

原則的に返品・交換は受け付けておりません。
万が一誤記・不良品については早急に交換・返品処理させていただきます。
お客様のご都合（色や形のイメージ違いなど）アウトレット商品などの返品交換はお受け致しかねます。

Principally we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
In case of faulty description or defect product case, we will exchange and accept
return of product immediately. However, if it is due from client’s perception of color, shape, etc. or if it is outlet product, then these procedures will not be ohnored.

商品の色味について(Product color tone)

商品のお色はできる限り忠実に再現するように補正しておりますが、パソコン環境によって見え方が変化致しますので、実際の商品と異なる場合がございます。
あらかじめご了承ください。

We try our best to reproduce actual product color tone on PC screen. However may differs according to PC environments, actual product tone and the tone on the computer sometimes may differ.

プライバシーについて(Privacy)

お客様からいただいた個人情報は、商品の発送とご連絡以外には一切使用致しません。当社が責任を持って安全に蓄積・保管し、第三者に譲渡・提供することはございません。

Private information received from our clients is used only for purposes of product delivery and communication. We guarantee that it will be kept safe and never be disclosed to a third party.
並行輸入について(Parallel Import)

弊社が取り扱う商品は並行輸入となります。デパート等で販売されている日本人に合わせた成分と量が若干異なる場合がございます。また、商品パッケージが商品画像と異なったり、パッケージに外国語表記のシールが貼られているなどの場合もございます。
ご了承のうえ、ご購入頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

Products handled are by parallel import. In some cases, the contents and volume of the product is slightly different from the product sold in Japan. Also, there may be cases that received product is a little bit different from the PC view. Also in some cases, you may find foreign seal on the product.
