HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Even Rakuten Global Market has closed, you can still place international orders at our Rakuten store through the shopping cart from our Japanese Website.
Payment via PayPal and Credit Card is available.

1. Please place items you wish to purchase to the Basket. Please follow the pictures below.

2. You will receive its confirmation e-mail regarding your purchase. Please verify that your order is correct.
(If you think you made a mistake, please let us know by e-mail essense@shop.rakuten.co.jp)

3. You will receive an e-mail informing about SHIPPING & HANDLING charge, TOTAL AMOUNT you will be charged.
If you approve, please e-mail us back.

4. After we receive your approval and your payment is made, we will ship out your order by EMS (usualy takes 4-7 days, depending on your area).

5. You will be receiving a final e-mail from us, provided with a with its tracking number.


SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All shipping and handling are carried out by Japan Postal Service's EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping and handling varies depending on destination country. Feel free to contact us about the fee.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. We do not have any control over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
