1)After taking the order, two automatically reply in Japanese and English will be sent to you. Please notice that the shipping fee and the commissions are not included.It is not the final amount of your order. Please DO NOT reply it.

*Delivery Time
・We would try our best to send out your order in 3 workdays after your confirmation or payment. Back-ordered item and order-made item would take more time. And some of our goods are kept in other stock. It would take more days to be sent. Please make the order after understanding all the point we listed.

Cancelation/Return and Refund Policy

*Considering about the difference between the Japanese version and overseas version of the same car model ,we couldn't garantee the compatibility we offered would be absolutely correct even if the product fits Japanese version perfectly.Please purchase it under the understanding of this issue because we will not accept any cancellation, return or exchange after the order being confirmed.

About the warranty, most of the Japan makers ONLY offer warranty service to the users who live inside Japan. So an oversea order would NOT be a target to the warranty service.

But if the customer wish, we can contact the maker as the agent for the warranty . The support would be offered to the customer who has fully undertanding for the point listed above and agree to pay all the cost(including the international round-trip shippingfee, the shipping fee inside Japan, the fee for repairment if it happens etc..) happens in the repair.
About the defective item, please take photos or videos to show the problem to us. We would like to contact the maker for you. But please understand that the round-trip international shipping fee should be on you.
Same as the Japanese local orders , shipping fee/installation cost etc. ,all the cost besides the price of the product are not the target to the warranty. Orders made by international forwarding service would NOT be dealed with as an overseas order. It would be proceeded according to the rules for local orders.

*In some cases, a duty tax may be caused by a country.Please understand it beforehand because it is the buyer's burden.
AND please notice that we CANNOT ACCEPT any cancellation for the Customs issues.
