● COSMEBOX does not employ any other shipping methods besides EMS.
(We do not use SAL or small packets.) All international orders will be shipped via EMS.
● We only accept "Credit Card, Paypal, and Alipay" only as payment methods for international orders. (Not Bank transfer)
● COSMEBOX is closed on Saturday and Sunday. All orders received after noon on Friday will be processed in the order received on the following business day (Monday).
Additionally, inquiries received after 5:00 pm on Friday will be replied to on the following business day (Monday).
※Orders received by noon on weekdays (excluding Mondays and especially busy periods) will be processed on that same day.
● Shipping fees are unable to be calculated until an order has been packaged for delivery. Customers are asked to refrain from inquiring about shipping costs prior to placing an order.
