COLOURS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.


STOCK

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" ( "在庫なし" "売り切れました") is displayed.
Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
  
 
 

We are based in the UK, and delivery time is estimated to be approximately 7-10 business days after despatch.

After despatch, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Please understand there may be delays depending upon customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation.

**Please note that our policy is to compensate any loss or damage occurred during shipment to Japan.
Shipments to other countries cannot be compensated for loss or damage.


*We require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

*For orders during weekends, we will despatch on following working day.

*For items with 【国内配送】 description, deliverly is limited within Japan.
( i.e. RIMOWA, HUNTER, FOX UMBRELLA )
Those items will be despatched from a warehouse in Japan and it will take 2-3 working days for delivery.

 
 
 
Shipping fees for each item is on each product page.
To countries outside Japan, we will ship with same postage amount to that of Japan.

After an order, an automatic reply in Japanese will be sent to you from Rakuten.
Please note that the shipping fees will not properly appear in this e-mail.

Soon you will receive an e-mail with the correct shipping fees and total price from our shop.

Import duties and taxes may be applied upon customs clearance into your country.
Please pay such costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office upon delivery.

FAULTY GOODS
