Q. Do you sell authentic, brand new item?

We only sell authentic/genuine products. All items listed are brand new and guaranteed on authenticity.

Q. How to track my order?

Your purchase will be posted via Royal Mail International Singed For with a tracking number. You can check your tracking information in the UK, please check the Royal Mail online.

*Shipments to other countries cannot be compensated for delivery delay, loss or damage in transition. Also we will not assist in tracking your parcel. Please contact postal service in your country.

Q. Do I need to pay custom duty?

Custom duties and taxes may be applied upon customs clearance into your country. Please pay such costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office upon delivery. For details, please contact the customs office of your country.

Q. What if my item is faulty?

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide details.

Q. It seems the colour of the item doesn't match against other retailers. How come?

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Q. Do you offer a repaire services?

Sorry, but we do not offer a repair services.

Q.The items I want to buy have sold out, will you be re-stocking?

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" ( "在庫なし" "売り切れました") is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If you would like to find out whether a particular item is coming back into stock, please contact our customer service team.

Once your order is completed, you will recieve an auto-confirmation email from Rakuten in Japanese. Later we will send you an order confirmation email (after we amend shipping fees if needed.) Thank you for shopping with us!

※We accept orders 24 hours - 7 days a week except during Rakuten system maintenance. ※Please note we do not accept orders via phone or FAX.

PAYMENT

First time orders

For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.

Taxes & Duties

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes - each levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products. For details, please contact the customs office of your country.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners and JCB cards. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Please note payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. We use secure Rakuten card system to protect your personal details. We do not store your credit card details. You can also choose to pay with Alipay or UnionPay. When selecting one of these options at checkout, you will receive payment details via email. Once this transaction is completed, your order will be dispatched. All payments will be made in Japanese Yen.

SHIPPING FEES

To countries outside Japan, additional postage rates for international destinations will be added. *We have "Free Shipping Campaign" from time to time, however please note this campaign applies when an order delivery address is within Japan. After you place an order, an automatic reply in Japanese will be sent to you from Rakuten. Please note that the shipping fees will not properly appear in this e-mail. Soon you will receive an e-mail with the correct shipping fees and total price from our shop. Please check a total amount due.

DELIVERY

1、International Delivery
Your purchase will be posted via Royal Mail International Singed For with a tracking number but we can only trace it within the UK. International delivery times vary between 7-21 working days. Please understand this is an estimate and it may take longer depending on customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation. Please note that our policy is to compensate any loss or damage occurred during shipment to Japan. Shipments to other countries cannot be compensated for delivery delay, loss or damage in transition. Also we will not assist in tracking your parcel.

2、UK Delivery
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery service or DHL. We will notify a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. You will receive your purchases in 2-4 working days or so. However, adverse weather conditions could result in a change to the scheduled delivery date.Both Special Delivery and DHL are reliable, but please note we cannot compensat for delivery delay, loss or damage in transition.

CANCELLATION POLICY(RETURN POLICY)

To change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please email us. Please include your order number, starting 180035. If your order has already been dispatched, then we cannot make any changes to your order. We do not accept any return/exchange once your order has been dispatched.
