Announcement of the temporary policy in response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Emergency Declaration

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

From the perspective of preventing the spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) infection,
The store will be operating with reduced number of store staff starting from May 1st.

Merchandise purchases can be made as usual.

[ Order confirmation ]

Orders placed after 6:00PM Friday (Japan time) will be processed on the next business day or later.
We will be closed from 5/2 to 5/6 during National holidays week (Golden week).

[ Shipping ]

We will continue to ship products on weekdays, except for weekends and holidays.
Please note that due to the reduced number of store staff, the process of order may take longer than usual.
We'll do our best to get the items to you as soon as possible, but shipping delays may occur.
The orders to countries that have STOPPED shipping due to the influence of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) will be CANCELLED.
