We accept credit and debit cards.(up to 200,000yen)
■Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
■These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
However please be aware that Bland Land do not cancel or exchange or refund for change of mind, individual reasons or incorrect products order and delayed delivery as international shipping parcels dispatched.
■We will be dispatching your package through EMS.
A signature is required upon delivery; in the case that you are absent when delivery is attempted, a notice will be left by the postal service. In this case, please either go directly to the post office or schedule a re-delivery by telephone.
It’s prohibited to write down a cheaper cost for the item and send it in order to avoid paying for customs.
We hope that all parcels have successfully shipped to our customers. However, international delivery may be held up or delayed due to bad weather condition or clearance process.

■ EMS has a reparations system for loss, theft, and damaged deliveries. In case of damage or loss of package, the actual damage cost will be compensated.EMS policy states customers package which exceeds the value of 20,000JPY (approximately $200), will be required to pay 50JPY (approximately $0.50) as a processing fee. If the package value is under 20,000JPY, then you are not required to pay for the fee, but please note for every 20,000JPY value, a customer is required to pay additional 50JPY.
*From June 1st (Wednesday) 2016, the shipping fee for EMS will be changed. Please be aware of this when you purchase.
*Modern Brand Land Rakuten Ichiba Shop is not liable for any damage or loss of packages after it is sent out.
When the price of items exceeds \20000 JPY, we recommend you to pay more insured value according to the price of contents items.The compensation to the price of contents items up to \20000JPY is included in the EMS charge.
