| ・Return/Cancellation Policy We cannot accept any changes or returns of items except for defectiveness. All the items will be inspected in our shop carefully before shipment. If by any chance there is defective item, please contact with us in a week after the item is arrived. And we will cover all the cost of shipment. We will exchange for it as soon as possible, or we will refund if the item is out of stock. But for the improper use and mischievous behavior, customer should cover 10000 Yen as the cost of shipment and procedure. |

| All the watches is in a free guarantee of Bluek for 1 or 2 year. When it breaks down by normal use by any chance, we will repair it based the certificate. But for the shipment，the customers have to responsible for it. And the guarantee is for the watch inside (movement) only, if there is some outside damage or mistaken use, the guarantee is not useful. After the expiration of the 1 or 2 year free guarantee, we can still repair for your watches. But repair in the department or the authorized store in your country is recommended. It may be cheaper for you, cause the cost of shipment. |
