We accept payments through credit cards, PayPal, CUP (China Union Pay card), Alipay and Bank transfer.
If the payment is not confirmed from the payment systems (PayPal, CUP, Alipay) within 7 days from the date of sending payment invoice, the order will be cancelled automatically.
In case of purchase of expensive goods or in case of first time purchase, in order to avoid unauthorized use of credit cards and illegal transactions, we may request you to change the payment method to Bank transfer or Paypal/Alipay. Your consideration is highly appreciated.
Confirm that you have set transfer currency to Japanese yen.
Also, please be informed that all the inbound and outbound commission charges are borne by our customers.

Important：All the items such as weight, price mentioned on the invoice of products purchased by you shall be same as the items mentioned on the bill of chargeable amount.

Regarding size
・Size is not matching, it was not confirmed before etc.
* The size slightly differs from brand to brand, hence please check the official page of that particular brand or please feel free to enquire if you have any doubts.
We do not accept return of goods if they are within the error factor of the detailed size.
As we deal in the second hand goods, the goods may be bottomed or altered goods. We shall not accept any return of altered goods too.

1. Placing an order You can place an order by adding the goods in the shopping cart on the products page. |
| 2. Order acceptance. Your order shall be accepted on the next day and then the international shipping charges for your product and for the packing material shall be calculated. Our goods are as-is and are second hand,hence for each order we would follow this process. After 5 to 7 days from placing the order (During this period, we shall inform you if there are any undescribed damages.), we shall pack the item(s) and measure the total weight of the package. |

| 3. Payment Once the shipping charges are confirmed, we shall send an email to you informing the amount to be paid. Once you confirm this email, customers who prefer to make the payment through credit card,or through our Bank transfer PayPal, Alipay accounts shall receive a link to our payment services beforehand. Hence request you to use the link sent in the email. Please note that in case of payment through PayPal, you must make the payment within 1 week from the date of receiving invoice email from us. You will not be charged for the transaction charges while making payment through PayPal. |

| 4. Shipping Once we confirm your payment from payment systems such as PayPal, Alipay or payment through credit card, we shall dispatch the goods to your specified address via EMS. We shall also inform you the EMS tracking number after the dispatch. |
・Delivery and Shipping charges
After placing an order, you shall receive an auto generated notification reply in Japanese from the Rakuten system.
* If you have placed your order from the English page, you shall receive an auto generated notification reply in English.
Please understand that the shipping charges mentioned in this email shall be shipping charges required to deliver the goods within Japan. And, if you have placed your order from overseas, we shall calculate your shipping charges and shall inform you the same directly via email.
Once the shipping charges are confirmed, we shall send you an invoice including bill for the product + the shipping charges. And, we shall dispatch the goods once we confirm the payment.
Regarding free shipping during some special events, we shall provide free delivery only for the domestic orders unless otherwise mentioned specifically.
・Delivery
Regarding delivery, though it shall vary from country to country, you may expect delivery of your product roughly within 4 working days from the day of dispatch.
Please understand that the delivery may get delayed due to custom clearance or any other unexpected troubles during transit.
Therefore, we cannot specify delivery date for overseas shipments.
・Shipment methods
All the overseas orders shall be delivered via EMS.
We shall inform you the EMS enquiry number after dispatching the product.

・About bundled dispatch
We do not handle bundled dispatches.

We shall take utmost care to restrict products such as goods made of leather material (of Ostrich or Alligator), lighter, battery and knife, however, it is somehow possible to place order for such goods in the Rakuten system. The consumption tax shall be exempted while processing the overseas orders. The auto generated notification email shall include the consumption tax, however, you shall find it deducted in the invoice email from our company.
