Payment

Credit card and Apple Apy are available for the oversea shipping.

If your credit card could not use due to some customers or credit card company's issues, Rakuten Global Market will inform you about changing the credit card infomation or changing the card or cancel your order. If you would not change your payment infomation within 7 days, your order will cancel automatically by Rakuten system. Please read carefully an email which after confirming the order if you would like to use hire-purchase or revolving payments or bonus payments.

Using the different name of the credit card is not acceptable. We do not provide credit card receipt due to the payment system.

Shipping Process

We provide the items which we are not stock our warehouse. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. *Your order will be shipped after all items ready for the ship if you placed the order some different items.

The items which we are not stock our warehouse might be out of stock due to makers stock status. In that case, unfortunately, the items will be cancelled and refund after informing you. We cannot any responsibility for loss in your business caused by delivery delay or out of stock or defective products. We wish your understanding.

EMS delivery service used for the oversea shipping. You will be received an email about the shipping cost after we confirmed your order and calculate the shipping fee. If the items do not stock our warehouse, we will be able to calculate the shipping fee after all your items arriving in our warehouse. Any customs duties charged are customer's responsibility.

If you would like to change your order, please contact us within 24 hours after place the order. If not, the order might not be able to change.

Some countries are not available to use EMS delivery service. In this case, we would change the shipping company.

Shipping Fee

The shipping cost is different by parcel's size or weight or shipping address. If the items do not stock our warehouse, we will be able to calculate the shipping fee after all your items arriving in our warehouse. Then, we will inform you about the shipping cost.

Free Shipping

It is only available shipping in Japan.

Urgent Order

Same Day Shipping is not available to oversea shipping.

Receipt, Sales slip

Not provide.

Rejection, Uncollected, Cancel

The cancel is not allowed after shipped the order. If you would not receive your parcel due to rejection or absence, etc..., returning shipping cost and expenses will be charged.

Returen, Exchange

★ We cannot receive returning items without contacting us. It does not accept customer requests for returns or exchanges.

Defective product

Normally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for oversea shipping, however, if you receive a defective product, please contact us with the clear picture which can see the problem.
