Returns

  • Basically, we do not accept returns
  • Please be informed that customer is responsible for all shipping charges
  • If you don't receive the item on a long-term, it will be sended back to us automatically. In that case, we will contact you via e-mail

Reshipment

  • If the reshipment is required from the negligence of our or shipping carrier, the contact must be within 20 days after the order has been confirmed. In that case, please send us an email
  • Due to the transportation circumstances, there may be some damage to the boxes but it will not be compensated if there is no problem in use

Chargeback (Credit Card)

  • If you have made a payment by credit card, but the refund is required from the negligence of our or shipping carrier, the contact must be within 20 days after the order has been confirmed. In that case, please apply a chargeback to the payment service company that you are useing
  • Please note that chargeback will not be accepted in your payment service company unless there is a legitimate reason
  • It may take several months to chargeback dut to the trading investigation
  • Due to the transportation circumstances, there may be some damage to the boxes but it will not be compensated if there is no problem in use

Refunds (Alipay)

  • If you have made a payment by Alipay, but the refund is required from the negligence of our or shipping carrier, the contact must be within 20 days after the order has been confirmed. In that case, please send us an email
  • Please note that refund will not be accepted unless there is a legitimate reason
  • It may take several days to chargeback dut to the trading investigation
