Q. How much is shipping fee?
A. For direct shipping it is based on the cost which JP Post EMS announced.

For new order using TENSO.com we will charge domestic shipping.(760 JPY for the order of less than 8,000 JPY)
Q. How to pay?
A. You can pay by credit card or Paypal.

-Credit card: Please key in information about your credit card.
-PayPal: We will send e-mail to you after your order to describe the method.
We do not send the charging link, but we will provide the direction about payment through paypal.
Q. How to ship?
A. We'll ship by Japan Post EMS service for existing order. For new order using TENSO.com we will use domestic shipping method.

※We can't ship other shipping method at this stage - such us DHL, SAL, FedEX and so on.
Q.Can I dictate arriving date and time?
A.We are sorry, you can't dictate arriving date and time.
Q. Can I change my order?
A.We cannot accept to change the payment method due to Rakuten's system.
Furthermore, we cannot accept to change the contents of order, shipping information, and another information about your order.
It is to avoid the system error and some troubles.
In case you would like to change something about your order, you need to cancel once and order again.
Please double check carefully before making the order.

A.It depends on the time of the credit card transaction.
We are sorry we cannot find the exchange rate between currencies.
Q. Why my order was canceled?
A. There are some reasons for canceling.

1. Items which you ordered is unable to be shipped from Japan by EMS.
*For some countries, EMS is limited to certain areas.

2. Stock-Out
In case ordered item is out of stock or discontinued.
*We will e-mail to you about delivery date or suggestion of alternate item as the situation demands.

3. In relation to the payment
In case -we cannot get your credit card's admission from credit card company.
-we do not hear from you within 1 week of our notice about payment.
4. The data of product weight has not been prepared.

Q.The money has been debited twice from my credit card.
A.Before shipping, the status relating with payment is just "Authorization" from the credit card company.
In connection with some changing of the order amount like calculation of shipping fee, the amount of authorization is updated.
We will charge the correct amount after shipping.

**In case your card is debit card, the amount is debit first.
After calculation of shipping fee, the first payment will be refund
