When you order some wheels, please write a full wheel size.
(rim-width, inch, PCD and ET)

We can't accept your order without your car infomation.
Please tell us what the type of a car, when the model, vehicle model.

Price: The price includes Japanese consumption tax but does not account for international shipping fees and customs duties.
Product Filters: Specify additional order information, such as size, color, etc. if necessary.
Quantity: Select quantity of products.

We will confirm stock status and estimate the shipping fee after we recieved your order.
*The shipping fee has been determined by the weight of the packaged product.

If you agree the shipping fee, we will add it and continue your order.

- Preparation of shipment -

We will contact again when the product completed the shipping. (we'll tell the tracking number etc.)
If we can't send an email because of error, we will cancel your order.

Credit Card

We accept credit cards.

We cannot accept using credit card payment when the shipping adress is forwarding agent.

PayPal

Total bill amount is: Total price of items + shipping fee
* In the case of using Rakuten Super points, total bill amount on
automatic reply mail from Rakuten Ichiba may be different.
Please check the mail from our shop for the correct amount.

We will ship after the payment is settled.

You will receive an e-mail regarding the payment via PayPal.
Please click the link to the PayPal website on the e-mail,
and settle the payment within 7 days.

Please also be reminded that if we cannot confirm receipt of your payment
to our PayPal account 7days after the above e-mail is sent, your order shall be
automatically cancelled.

An extra fee will add the amount to the occasion of transfer by the customer burden.

Any return or refund will not be accepted for overseas delivery
once order confirmation e-mail is sent out.

Alipay

The “Payment Amount” is calculated as below.
“Payment Amount” = Product price total + shipping fee
Upon confirming your order, we will send you a link to make a payment
via Alipay’s secure payment page.
You must finish the payment process before the deadline to complete your order.

The bank transfer fee is paid by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Tax

Applicable customs and import duties will be charged after the parcel arrives in its destination country.

Cancellation Policy

We can not accept cancellation caused by customers' convenience, after we sent a confirmation mail of order.
However, we can accept cancellation when the products are out of stock or take long time to arrival.

Return Policy

In general, returns are not accepted at the customer's convenience.

In the case of non-returnable

*If the products was damaged when you received a parcel, please claim it to nearest post office.
*We are careful not to make a mistake of your order.
