    We accept a credit card (* Japanese issued card) or Pay Pal.
Customs Clearances and Duties
    Import duties and taxes may be applied upon customs clearance into your country. Please pay such costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office upon delivery. For details, please contact the customs office of your country.
About additional fees
  • We will confirm shipping costs and contact you separately.
  • A packing fee at 1,000yen per 1 item shall be charged.
  • After order, an automatically reply in Japanese will be sent to you immediately from Rakuten, Inc. Please note that the shipping fees and packing fees are excluded in the total amount of this e-mail.
  • Your ordered item will be shipped out only after your payment is received.

Delivery Time

Cancelation Policy
  • We will not accept cancellation caused by customers.
  • We will cancel your order if the payment had not been properly made until the due date.
Return and Refund Policy
  • Any return or refund will not be accepted once order confirmation e-mail is received.
Consumption Tax
    We will not charge customers with Japan’s consumption tax. However, consumption tax is included in the automatic reply e-mail (the e-mail sent immediately after your order completion), therefore, we will be sending you a “Thank You” e-mail mentioning the total order amount with the consumption tax excluded.

Pay Pal
  • Total bill amount is: Total price of items + shipping fee * In the case of using Rakuten Super points, total bill amount on automatic reply mail from Rakuten Ichiba may be different. Please check the mail from our shop for the correct amount.
  • We will ship after the payment is settled.
  • You will receive an e-mail regarding the payment via PayPal. Please click the link to the PayPal website on the e-mail, and settle the payment within 10 days.
  • Please also be reminded that if we cannot confirm receipt of your payment to our PayPal account 10 days after the above e-mail is sent, your order shall be automatically cancelled.

Cash On Delivery
  • Products are delivered by Yamato Transport & Collect Services Inc.
  • Tag price plus consumer tax(5%) should be paid on delivery in cash. The products will be handed over when the delivery person receives payment.
  • Domestic transportation fee is included on tag price except the transportation fee is informed under the tag price.
  • The following areas,you should pay the additional transportation fee.
  • Okinawa and Hokkaido area:\1200(not including tax) transportation fee should be charged.
  • Yamato Transport & Collect Services Inc. does not cover the Izu Islands and the Ogasawara Islands. The transportation fee in those areas will be separately calculated and added to the product price. The final price will be informed to the customer from us. Customers in those areas should send money in advance into designated bank account below before you receive the products.
  • The way of payment is Cash On Delivery only except for some special products. Please pay to the delivery person on delivery. C.O.D. mail fee is owed by us.

Order
  • Please read the "Payment/Shipping/Return" first.
  • If you order is in English,please sent us your name,address in Japan,phone number and model number of the commodities whitch you want to order via e-male. We will return the our order-form written in English to you. (Do not use the "Rakuten Original Order Form".This form can accept Japanese only)
  • If you order is in Japanese,Please read "決済・配送方法" first. After that,please click "買い物かごに入れる"mentioned on each product page and fill out a "Rakuten Original Order Form".
Shipping
  • Yamato Transport Co.Ltd. performs home delivery service. Products normally arrive to the customer within a week after we receive the order form. We inform the shipping schedule to the customer by e-mail. Please state your e-mail address on your order form You may not be informed shipping schedule without your e-mail address on your order form.
  • Normally, products are to be delivered by Yamato Delivery Service Inc. In terms of normal products, you can appoint the delivery date and time zone. Yamato Home Delivery Service Inc. can deliver the products in 6 time zones; 8am-12am, 12am-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, 8pm-9pm. Without your appointment, the products will be delivered in Yamato's normal business hours. Customers in certain areas may not appoint the delivery time zone. Please ask us for further details. We may ask you the change of appointed delivery date for the reason of our shipping schedule.
  • We do not wrap the products unless the customer order the wrapping service.
Return
  • Products are returnable within a week after you receive the products.
  • Products are changeable within ten days after you receive the products.
  • In the case of return or change of products, please inform us before you return the products to us.
  • We will owe the return fee in the following cases.
    (1) Products have been already damaged when you receive them.
    (2) Delivered products are different from the one you ordered.
    We will settle the matter as soon as possible.
  • Please owe the return fee by yourself when you return or change the products for your own reason.
  • Please mind that any products, in the following cases, cannot be either changed or canceled.
    (1) Products whose seal is already open.Please confirm whether or not the products are the right one before you open them.
    (2) Products which you keep more than eight days.
    (3) Products whose structure is changed or damaged by the customer.
