The total shipping cost will be emailed once your order is picked, and packed in the box.

2.Shipping Method
Shipping services such as 「Asu Raku」and 「Otodoke Nittei Shitei」is only for the shipping within Japan. We cannot set the delivery date for any international shipping.
Rakuten offers EMS (Rakuten International Shipping Services) and Air Mail (Rakuten International Small Package Services) services for all orders.
Rakuten Kakuyasu Haisou (Rakuten discount shipping) is not offered for any international shipping.

3.Payment Method
Credit card payment is the only payment method for any international orders.
The customs is not included in the product fee and the customer is responsible for all custom fees.
Anything that is illegal to be shipped cannot be shipped outside of Japan.

1st Email: Automatic order confirmation email (in Japanese only)
2nd Email: Thank you email from Strapya.com (in Japanese only)
3rd Email: Shipping confirmation email with the EMS tracking number (in English and Japanese)
5.Other infomation and notifications
We will cancel your order without notice under these circumstances.

…If you have picked Air Mail as the shipping method for your order, unfortunatley there is absolutely nothing that can be done.

How much is the shipping fee?

When you want to combine multiple orders.
