Once we receive your order, we will e-mail you about total amount billed including shipping fee.
And we will ship your order to your destination address as soon as possible.
Please write down your name and address in ENGLISH when ordering for our shipping purpose.
We will advise a tracking number of international shipping for your information upon shipment.

We accept a credit card and PayPal.
You should not pay the consumption tax of Japan.
We don't charge you the consumption tax of Japan.
Therefore, prices of items become about 5% cheap.
Please divide the item price by 1.05.
It is the item price for foreign customer.

[Japanese consumption tax]
When order items are shipped abroad, the customer should not pay Japanese consumption tax.
We deduct Japanese consumption tax from your total amount.
Therefore, prices of items become about 5% cheaper.
However, when the customer uses the overseas shipping service company like "Tenso.com", we cannot deduct Japanese consumption tax, because we do not send customer's parcel to outside of Japan.
The expected date that the item delivers to you might change.
The settling day of the credit card is the day when you order to us.
We cannot accept both cancellation and returned goods (Defective items areexcluded) after your advance order.
Please order separately when you hope for a separate delivery of the item of advance order and a usual item.
The manufacturer might change a little design and the attachment to this item by the process of production.
When we cannot send the reservation item to the customer because of the production stoppage or defective item and so on, we can cancel this order.
[Return and Cancellation Policy]
We do not accept refund, exchange and cancellation in any case for international shipping services in principle.
We do not accept cancellation and change of advance order.
And we also do not accept change and cancellation, when we hold the shipment as customer’s request.
Please check item’s size, colors, design and so on before ordering.
[Regarding defective product]
If the product has a defect, please inform to us in 10 days or less from our shipment by e-mail and so on.
And please add the photos of defective part at the e-mail to us or please show us the photos by cloud.
We never can accept the defective item after this period.

The customer cannot choose the carrying company.
The carriage of EMS is decided depending on the weight of luggage.
The error margin is caused by all means though I always try to weigh luggage accurately for the customer.
We do not claim the delivery fee of the addition to the customer because of the error margin.
We do not repay the delivery fee to the customer because of the error margin.

EMS has a reparations system for loss, a theft, and damage. The compensation to the price of contents items up to \20000JPY is included in the EMS charge. When the price of contents items exceeds \20000 JPY, we recommend you to pay more insured value according to the price of contents items. We cannot pay responsibility about the accident in the delivery to overseas.
When the price of contents items exceeds \20000JPY, \50JPY premium (additional charge) is needed every \20000JPY.
When the customer ordered exceeds 20000JPY, we recommend this premium.
