Ordering procedures for oversea parcels and non-residents

a. The following items cannot be delivered out of Japan.
All ROYCE goods / Frozen goods / Refrigerated goods

b.After tendering your goods, we cannot accept “cancellation ”in normal condition.

How to process an oversea order in our shop

1. When you placed an order, you should get an email titled “[Rakuten Ichiba]Order Confirmation(Automatic Reply) ”without delivery fee from rakuten.
   *Do Not reply us this email “[Rakuten Ichiba]Order Confirmation(Automatic Reply) “.
2. After getting your order, we are going to calculate delivery fee.
   If actual postage is less than estimated delivery fee from rakuten, we will process to charge you the actual money.
   If actual postage exceeds the estimated amount, we will email you with titling “Please check the shipping charges”.
   *Oversea delivery fee is depended on total weight of your goods with a cardboard.
3. Resend an email about the modified postage exceeding estimated delivery fee or informing PayPal link or Unionpay link.
   Please check the content of this email and reply us if you would like to pay your bill or not via email.
   We are going to process or cancel your order from your reply.
   
4. When we got your agreement with your bill, we are going to apply an authorization from your credit card that you registered in your order.
   If you choose PayPal or Unionpay to pay your bill, we are going to send you PayPal link.
5. When we ensured your payment, we are going to tender your goods within 2-3 days in normal condition. We also inform you the tracking number via email.

Insurance for EMS

We take EMS insurance for oversea parcels.
When there is any damage or loss to your goods during EMS delivery process, please contact us and your local post office as soon as possible.

Import duty and taxes

Import duty and taxes is from the customs’ judgment in the destination country. If import duty and taxes are occurred, purchasers or receivers should bear to pay it.
*Meanwhile, we could not fill undervalue into a dispatch note due to EMS insurance.
