当店のページから、商品をご注文いただきます。
ご注文直後、楽天からの自動配信メールが送信されます。
※注文時に、配送方法の選択で、「国際配送サービス」をお選びください。
※注文時に入力するお名前やご住所などの注文情報は、全て英語表記でご入力ください。
STEP 02 ご注文のご確認
1〜3日以内に、当店よりご注文内容の確認メールを送信します。
STEP 03 送料確定のご案内
商品が揃いましたら、確定した送料と発送日をメールで連絡いたします。
STEP 04 商品の発送、配送完了のご案内
当店にて、お客様のクレジットカードの照合を行い、発送作業を行います。
商品の発送が完了した後、お荷物の追跡番号をお客様にメールでご連絡いたします。
STEP 05 商品のお受け取り
ご指定頂きました海外住所へ商品をお届けいたします。関税等のお支払いが必要な商品があった場合は、お届け時にお受取人様より配送業者へ直接お支払いください。
※商品をお届けした際、税関でのチェック等により、外箱（ダンボール）にはダメージがある場合があります。
配送時のダメージが中の商品にまで影響しないよう留意して梱包しておりますので、外箱（ダンボール）にダメージがあった場合でも、一度開封いただき中の商品をご確認ください。
