■Shipping Fees & Delivery

Products will be sent by Japan Post’s EMS.
Shipping fees may vary according to the delivery address and weight. For further information on shipping fees, click here.
Shipping fee will be advised from stores for your order confirmation.
1) After you have placed an order, an automatically generated e-mail will be sent to you. Please be noted that the shipping fees in this e-mail is NOT correctly stated because of an operational reason. （The fixed, correct shipping fee will be stated in the subsequent e-mail we will send you)
2) Soon you will receive an e-mail with the correct shipping fees and total price from our shop. Please check the total amount due.
3) Your ordered items will be dispatched AFTER your payment has been confirmed.
The delivery time is estimated to be approximately 3 business days after the dispatch.

■Returns and Refunds
*Fine Style will only exchange or refund an item if the following applies: manufacture defect or damage.
* We don't cover the cost of any damages caused during the delivery process. Please place an order after accepting this term.
*If something is not right with your order, please contact us at support center before returning a purchase and we will inform the address to take the products back.
*For the initial defects, we will pay for the fee for returning.
