Cancelation Policy

Cancelation is only accepted before shipment.

We will cancel your order if the payment had
not been properly made until the due date.
Return and Refund Policy


Return or refund will not be accepted, however we will take responsibility in case goods are damaged obviously not by the customers and exchange to the new one without additional charge.
Please remind that your goods tag must not be removed. if the goods tag is removed, we will not be able to exchange in any reasons.

We will not accept refund in any reasons listed below either :

1) more than 8 days past after items arrival

2) the item which is already used by the customers.

3) a part of set item (example: only bottoms of pajamas)

4) items without goods tag.

5) second time exchange for 1 order.

Other reasons to exchange (size-misfitted etc) which caused by customers, another return shipment fee will be added.
