配送について About delivery
■注文から配送について

1)お客様の注文後、「注文内容ご確認メール」が楽天より自動的に配信されます。

※ご購入時に「全額ポイント利用」をご選択いただきました場合は、ご購入処理時にポイントご利用額が変動する場合がございます。正しいご請求金額につきましては、当店からお送りするご購入確認メールをご確認くださいませ。

2)当ショップから直接、正式な料金情報を記載したメールをお送りいたします。
料金をご確認ください。

3)当店でご入金確認後、商品を発送いたします。

※当店ではホテルへの配送は行っておりません。
 ■About delivery & shipping fees

1)Right after your order, an automatic reply from Rakuten ichiba will be sent to you.

※When you select "All" for point usage, the amount of points you used may vary depending upon any price change or changes in points availability. Please check the total price on the mail from our shop for the final confirmation.

2)Soon you will receive an e-mail from our shop with the total bill amount including the overseas shipping fee.

3) Your order will be shipped out after your payment is confirmed.

※We cannot deliver to the hotel because some delivery troubles occur recently.
■配送日数

配送期間は、出荷からおよそ3-10営業日ですが、通関事情により送れる場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。
 ■Delivery Time

The delivery time is estimated to be around 3-10 business days after shipment.

Please understand there will be delays depending upon customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation.

海外販売についてはEMSもしくはSFエクスプレスを利用して発送いたします。
香港への配送：SFエクスプレス利用
香港以外のその他の国への配送：EMS利用

発送完了後、送り状番号を記載したメールをお送りいたします。 		■Shipping method

For overseas delivery, we use EMS and SF Express.
To Hong Kong, your order will be shipped to you via SF Express service.
To other countries except Hong Kong, your order will be shipped to you via EMS.

After the shipment is made, you will receive an e-mail with tracking number.
配送手数料 Shipping fee
2017/4/18(火)13時(日本時間)より送料が以下に変更になります。

配送料はご購入金額・お届け先地域によって異なります。
下記の送料一覧表をご確認くださいませ。

海外配送は、高額購入割引特典・及び送料無料対象外となります。
「特別送料無料！」と記載のある商品が含まれておりましても、料金表から計算される送料を頂戴いたします。

※当店から配送可能な最大のパッケージの大きさは「縦41.5cm×横48cm×高さ46cm」です。
上記に収まらない場合はパッケージが2個以上となります。
パッケージが2個以上での配送となる場合は弊社からメールにてお知らせさせていただきますので、ご確認くださいませ。

重さ・金額・地域関係なく
【1パッケージにつき配送手数料一律3,000円】

The following postage table will be applied from PM1:00 on 18 March, 2017(Japan standard time). Shipping fee is flat 3,000 yen regardless of weight of the baggage and delivery area until the new postage will be applied.
