It supports current the "Credit card and PayPal only(支持信用卡與PayPal)" if you would like overseas delivery in our shop. Sorry, we will be cancel the order when there is order other than Credit card and PayPal. Please check the page for each settlement guide for more information about settlement method.

Please check surely goods when luggage arrive. To confirmation at the time of arrival will be subject to compensation. And please contact me within one week from delivery completion (if damaged or the wrong commodity). We will not be compensated for beyond the normal period.
- If you find the damaged item in your luggage, please keep the damaged item, and you contact to the post office in your country. If items are broken while shipping, you can get back your money from Japan Post office. Please note that compensation is not possible if the luggage is not safekeeping.

1)After order, an automatically reply in Japanese or English will be sent to you.
Please note that the shipping fees not mentioned in this email.

2)After stock confirmation of your order product, we will send you an email with the shipping fee and total price.
If you have you choose a credit card payment, run the authorization decision processing (credit limit) whether you can use normally at this time. We will contact you by e-mail if the card is a payment error. * mail title:決済エラーのお知らせ-Settlement error-
If you have select to PayPal payment, you will receive about the PayPal payment with email separately in addition to the reception desk email. Please click the link to the PayPal website on the e-mail, and complete the payment within 14 days.

* If our store is crowded so it takes time to send acceptance mail.

3)Your order will be shipped out by the next business day when we send the "acceptance mail". Please confirm that we will send you an email with writing luggage number for the tracking of EMS when the shipment is completed.
If you have you select the PayPal payment, we will ship to next business day the payment is complete.

The delivery time is estimated to be approximately 3 business days ~ 1 week after shipment. Please understand there will be delays depending upon customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation.
* The arrival date and time CANNOT be designated.
If perchance item was damaged:
-Please you still have your broken items and all packing materials(air packing, box) we used, it is possible to claim the fee of broken item to EMS.
We will contact to EMS and EMS officer will visit you to check that items.
