What am I supposed to do if I receive the items in poor condition?
Although we make assurance doubly sure on the packaging items,
there may be any change shapes, broken or even lost items at the time of arrival by any possibility.
≪ For customer who chose EMS or registered SAL ≫
If any damage occurs during shipment, we will need your cooperation to make a claim with your local post office.
If there is any breakage, please report it immediately according to the following procedure.
(*The amount of compensation of registered SAL is up to 6000yen.)
▶ 1. Please report any loss of or damage to your delivery company immediately, and ask them to make an "Damage report".
▶ 2. Please take photos of the damaged parts of the item and the original package of outer case, and e-mail us to the following address. email@example.com
We will apply for damage compensation to Japan Post as soon as we receive those 2 documents.
≪ For customer who chose unregistered SAL ≫
We are sorry to say that the item is not insured.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds/replacements for uninsured items damaged during shipment.
For this reason, we highly recommend choosing EMS or Registered SAL for your shipping method especially when purchasing high value items.
