If you pay for all shipping fee for international sending and receiving, you can exchange for a non-defective product. If you can accept paying shipping fee, please inform us by e-mail. 国際メール便は2kgまでの荷物にご利用いただけます。

?As for the payment methods for overseas shipping, we accept only credit cards, and PayPal.
Products will be sent by EMS.
After we confirm your order, we calculate the shipping fee.
The products will be sent out after you confirm the shipping fee.
In case of overseas shipping, we can not send out products on the day you place an order. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

?After we have the details of shipping fee, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible. Please check the setting of your incoming e-mail, so that you will not miss e-mail that we send.
When custom duty is claimed, customers are to pay the expense.
Moreover, as for the international shipping, you can not return or exchange products under any circumstance. We appreciate your understanding.

Products which you order will be shipped to you via Japan Post EMS.
Japan Post is a speedy delivery service that delivers to more than 120 countries.
With an effective tracking system and insurance program, EMS is able to offer a secure delivery worldwide.
You can track your package with the tracking code provided and it will be delivered within a week. See estimated shipping fee

There are some regions where the EMS servise is not available.
In such a case, Errand Shop will arrange another shipping company that can deliver products to those regions.

?JP Post Small Packet
Products which you order will be shipped to you via Post Small Packet.
This is a service that can deliver products up to 2 kg.
There is no insurance program, but the cost is cheaper than EMS.
Depending on the destination, the delivery time may differ in some cases.

?In Case of Failed Authorizations and Payment Declines :
Please use another credit card of yours or change your methods of payments in 7 days after we inform you, or we will cancel your order.

?When you are going to pay with credit cards, the name of the person who orders, the name of the person who receives, and the name of the credit card holder must be the same.
If these names are different, we can not take your order. In such a case, please pay by bank transfer or by PayPal.
When we take your order for the first time, there is a possibility that we will ask you to change payment methods.
